The City of Minneapolis is offering free Home Energy Squad visits for renters and home owners of 1-4 unit homes. If necessary, energy experts will install energy-saving items like LED bulbs, weather stripping, and smart thermostats to help you save immediately.

Residents can also access 0% APR financing for recommended upgrades like insulation, air sealing, heat pumps, or solar energy.

Gardeners who receive a plot through the lottery will be informed on April 1st.

Our annual neighborhood garage sale will be Sunday, April 26th from 10am-2pm.

BNA will put together a directory and map of households joining in. If you’d like to participate, please fill out this intake form no later than April 19th.
