Haji’s Towing provides 24 hour roadside rescue, based on eight years of hands-on management experience in the auto repair and auto body repair business. It is operational with one employee to start, without the high overhead of additional employees or contractors.
Our business model is based on highly affordable prices and flexible customer service. Haji, the founder, is an immigrant from Somalia and is fluent in Somali, Swahili, and English. Minneapolis has the largest Somali community in the entire United States. Haji’s Towing can serve the growing East African immigrant community directly without translation, giving us a great advantage in this market.
Our biggest competitor is Bobby and Steve’s Auto World. Their prices are very high and they are running at capacity, meaning that customers must often find another towing service to assist them quickly.
