BNA Committees
The Bancroft Neighborhood Association has a number of committees that work closely with area residents and the BNA Community Council.
Bancroft Neighborhood Website, the Bancroft Banner, publicity, etc. TBA. NRP Steering: Preparing the neighborhood for NRP Phase II. Join the NRP Phase II Committee. 38th and Chicago Task Force: Improvements to the 38th and Chicago commercial node. Meets the third Monday of each month at Calvary Church on 39th & Chicago Ave at 7:00 p.m. 38th & Chicago Business Association meeting. Meets the second Tuesday of the month at 12:00 p.m. Location TBA. Social Committee: Organizing neighborhood events (Ice Cream Socials, Garage Sale, etc.), coordinating with block club leaders and area schools. TBA. Garden Club: Organize a number of fun gardening activities in public spaces and private residences. Meetings held from April to October. |
